Gamma-aminobutyric acid in a tomato-containing beverage that retains the original taste of tomato is adjusted to 55-100 mg / 100 g, and glutamic acid with respect to the amount of amino acids consisting of aspartic acid, asparagine, serine, glutamine, arginine, and alanine.
