abstract | In a polarizing plate in which a protective film is bonded to a polyvinyl alcohol polarizing film via an active energy ray-curable adhesive, the adhesive force between the polarizing film and the protective film is increased. A primer layer containing a polyvinyl alcohol-based polarizing film 1 and a protective film 2 made of a thermoplastic resin laminated on the surface thereof, and containing a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin from the polarizing film 1 side at the interface between the two. 4 and a polarizing plate in which an adhesive layer 6 made of a cured product of a curable composition containing an active energy ray-curable compound is interposed. In this polarizing plate, the surface of the polarizing film 1 is coated with a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin aqueous solution to form the primer layer 4, and the protective film 2 is laminated on the primer layer forming surface via the adhesive. It is manufactured through a process and a process of irradiating an active energy ray to the obtained laminate to cure the adhesive. [Selection] Figure 1 |
