titleOfInvention | Noble metal adsorbent, its production method, and noble metal recovery method |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To produce an adsorbent capable of separating and recovering noble metals more efficiently than conventional phenol-based compounds, which are components contained in natural polyphenols, from a solution containing noble metals such as gold. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for recovering a noble metal using the adsorbent. An adsorbent for recovering a noble metal, wherein the adsorbent includes a phenol resin obtained by reacting a phenol compound (a), an aldehyde source (b), and a reaction catalyst (c). The compound (a) contains a compound having a plurality of hydroxyl groups on the benzene ring, and the liquid containing the noble metal and the noble metal adsorbent are contacted and recovered.
