Gene sample introduction substrate and gene sample introduction method |
abstract |
To provide a substrate for introducing a gene sample that is less likely to affect cells and that can efficiently introduce a gene sample into cells. A substrate for introducing a gene sample includes an introduction promoting polymer fixed on the substrate. The introduction promoting polymer has an introduction promoting site, a cytophilic site, and a target binding site that binds to a gene sample and a target cell into which the gene sample is introduced. The introduction promoting site is a polymer chain having a cell membrane penetrating property branched from the main chain of the introduction promoting polymer. A cytophilic site is a site having a phospholipid polar group. The target binding site is a site having a reactive functional group. [Selection figure] None |
