abstract |
Provided is a toner for developing an electrostatic image having both low-temperature fixability and hot offset resistance. An electrostatic charge image developing toner having a shell on the surface of core particles containing at least a binder resin and a colorant, wherein the binder resin contains a crystalline resin as an essential component. The glass transition temperature of the resin to be formed is higher than the melting point of the binder resin, and the gas generated when the toner is heated to 150 ° C. contains 1 to 100 ppm of a volatile component having a siloxane bond.
