An improved surgical operation, surgical system, and surgical apparatus are provided. A magnetically connectable robotic surgical device can be inserted into a patient and can be positioned within the patient using an external magnet. The device 10 comprises a body 12, two wheels 14, which can provide traction or mobility, a camera 16, and a wired connection component 18. The apparatus 10 further has a rotation conversion component 20 or “tail”. The tail 20 can limit reverse rotation and assist the device 10 in converting the rotation of the wheel 14 from movement from one point to another. [Selection] Figure 1 |
