Light emitting device |
abstract |
Provided is a light-emitting device having a small change in chromaticity even when the emission wavelength of blue light serving as excitation light changes. A light-emitting device according to an embodiment includes a light-emitting element that emits blue excitation light, a yellow phosphor that is formed on the light-emitting element and emits yellow fluorescence when excited by the excitation light, and green fluorescence that is excited by excitation light. Is the same when the peak wavelength of the fluorescence is shifted from 520 nm to less than 660 nm, and at least one of the red phosphor that emits red fluorescence when excited by the excitation light. A wavelength-shifting phosphor whose peak wavelength of fluorescence shifts in the direction. [Selection] Figure 1 |
