titleOfInvention Mercury recovery method in exhaust gas
abstract Mercury in combustion exhaust gas is efficiently recovered using a dry desulfurization denitration apparatus using activated coke. SOLUTION: Dust contained in exhaust gas G7 discharged from an activated coke regeneration tower 11 attached to a dry desulfurization denitration apparatus 8 and 9 for combustion exhaust gas using activated coke AC is collected, and contained in the collected dust. Collect mercury. Mercury (metallic mercury) is recovered from dust contained in the gas discharged from the activated coke regeneration tower, which has been disposed of in the past or reused as part of raw materials and fuel. By spraying water CW onto the exhaust gas G7, the dust can be recovered, and the dust adsorbs the ionic mercury contained in the waste liquid W1 obtained by spraying the water CW sprayed onto the exhaust gas G7. It can be collected together with things. The dry desulfurization denitration apparatus can treat exhaust gas of a cement kiln that fires a power generation boiler, a blast furnace, or ecocement.
