abstract |
The present invention provides an iterative, cyclic chromatographic process for concentrating and / or isolating a compound of interest from natural extracts, mixtures derived from chemical or biological synthesis. A chromatographic process in which a target compound is concentrated from a mixture containing other non-target compounds using at least two chromatographic columns. In the process, at least two columns function for concentration and separation, and the sequence of reversing the column position by valve switching is repeated during the process.
