titleOfInvention | How to recover molybdenite |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering high-quality molybdenite efficiently and at low cost from an ore containing copper and molybdenite. [Solution] When molybdenite-containing copper ore is crushed and subjected to flotation, and the total flotation and preferential flotation are performed, the flotation material obtained by the total flotation is 10 μm or more and 100 μm or less in 80% passage particle size. Wet pulverize to a particle size in the range of, and add preferential flotation to this pulverized product by adding sodium sulfide. The floated material obtained by this preferential flotation is classified by a wet method with a particle size ranging from 20 μm to 75 μm to obtain molybdenite concentrate on the coarse particle side.
