The present invention provides a novel porous polymer metal complex and a gas adsorbent having excellent characteristics using the same. The present invention also provides a gas storage device and a gas separation device in which a gas adsorbent having the above characteristics is housed. The following equation (1) [MX] n (1) (In the formula, M is a divalent transition metal ion, X is an isophthalate anion having a perfluoroalkyl group at the 5-position. N represents the property that a large number of structural units composed of [MX] are assembled. And the size of n is not particularly limited.) And is a porous polymer metal complex having a three-dimensional network structure composed of two types of SBU, and its use as a gas adsorbent and Gas separation device and gas storage device using the same.
