titleOfInvention | Water-absorbing and oil-repellent antifouling agent and textile treated with the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber product that imparts water absorption and antifouling properties and excellent oil repellency to a fiber fabric. (1) (A) a fluorine-based vinyl monomer having 6 or less carbon atoms in a fluoroalkyl group, (B) a polyalkylene glycol-containing hydrophilic vinyl monomer, and (C) a non-polyalkylene glycol-based vinyl monomer. And (D) a fluorine-containing copolymer having a repeating unit derived from a sulfonic acid vinyl monomer as an essential component, the amount of (A), (B) and (C) is 10 to 70 parts by weight, respectively. 20 to 80 parts by weight and 1 to 30 parts by weight of the fluorine-containing copolymer (a) with an emphasis on oil repellency, and the amounts of (A), (B), (C) and (D) are 10 to 10 parts by weight, respectively. In the fluorine-containing copolymer (b) with an emphasis on water absorption which is 70 parts by weight, 20 to 80 parts by weight, 1 to 30 parts by weight and 5 to 50 parts by weight, (a) alone or (b) alone or Responsible for (a) and (b) Textile products and processing methods, characterized in that were subjected to water-repellent oil stainproofing by using the water-repellent oil antifouling (I), and it is characterized in that in combination at a ratio of. (2) The water-absorbing / oil-repellent antifouling agent (I) described above, a known hydrophilic polyester resin (II) such as a condensation or polycondensate of a polyvalent carboxylic acid component and a glycol component, a durability improver ( (III), (I) and (II) or (I), (II) and (III) are used to process and treat fiber fabrics, A textile product characterized by water-absorbing, oil-repellent and antifouling treatment by the processing method.
