titleOfInvention Solid preparation
abstract 【Task】 In order to develop a medicinal preparation containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof and hydrogenated oil, the mixture was formulated and the storage stability was examined. Surprisingly, an interaction occurred between these compounds, resulting in brown color. Discoloration to the shape was recognized, and there was a risk of reducing the commercial value. Therefore, it is an object to provide a stable pharmaceutical preparation containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof and hydrogenated oil. [Solution] A solid preparation comprising loxoprofen or a salt thereof, hydrogenated oil, and synthetic hydrotalcite. A method for producing a solid preparation, wherein the method for producing a solid preparation containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof, hydrogenated oil and synthetic hydrotalcite is a wet granulation method or a direct tableting method.
