Preparation of a cationic polymer requires only one kind of preparation, and can be prepared at a low cost by reducing the amount of the cationic polymer and the like. In addition, the liquid is excellent in dispersibility of CNT (carbon nanotube). A CNT dispersion medium and a CNT dispersion using the CNT dispersion medium are provided. A CNT dispersion medium comprises a diallylamine-based cationic polymer having a molecular weight of 100,000 to 300,000, 30 to 45 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant, and 5 to 12 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the cationic polymer. It consists of an aqueous solution containing an anionic surfactant. In the CNT dispersion, CNTs were dispersed in the CNT dispersion times. [Selection figure] None |
