Organic photosensitive optoelectronic device |
abstract |
An organic photosensitive optoelectronic device using a transparent electrode is realized. An organic photosensitive optoelectronic device (OPOD) is optimized to optimize external quantum efficiency. The OPOD (300) can have one or more transparent electrodes (302, 304). The substrate (301) may be a bottom electrode or may be a bottom electrode different from the substrate. One or more organic photoconductive layers (303) are placed between the electrodes. The OPOD can also have a multi-layer photoconductive configuration or a stacked configuration of multiple photosensitive optoelectronic subcells. The OPOD can also have a reflective layer or a reflective substrate. [Selection] Figure 3 |
