abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a foamed molded article with a skin, in which foamed particles are filled in a hollow molded body obtained by blow molding a soft parison formed by extruding a thermoplastic resin melt in a mold cavity, and the foamed particles are heated and fused. It aims at providing the opening processing method of the foaming particle filling port to the hollow molded object at the time of manufacturing method. In the production of a foam-molded article with a skin, when a soft parison is blow-molded in a mold, the parison is brought into contact with a projecting portion that projects inward from the mold cavity surface. Then, a concave portion is formed inside the hollow molded body corresponding to the shape of the protruding portion, and the filling port is formed by inserting a punching blade into the concave portion.
