abstract | A media-type disperser capable of eliminating clogging of a media particle separating member while suppressing an increase in processing time in a dispersion step, and a toner manufacturing method using the same. SOLUTION: A cylindrical stator 15 and a rotatable cylindrical rotor 14 are provided, and media particles that promote dispersion of the dispersion liquid are accommodated in the dispersion chamber by being stirred together with the dispersion liquid.
