titleOfInvention | Method for producing polymerizable composition for optical material |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To improve the productivity of a polymerizable composition for optical materials having a low viscosity and a small increase in viscosity by a prepolymerization reaction using a compound having two sulfur and episulfide groups in the molecule and a compound having two SH groups. Providing manufacturing methods. A prepolymerization reaction using a hindered amine compound having a specific structure as a prepolymerization catalyst is performed using sulfur having a median diameter of 5 μm to 500 μm and a Reynolds number of 1.5 × 10 3 to 1 at the time of stirring. By the production method in which the preliminary reaction is performed while controlling to 5 × 10 4 , the reaction temperature during the preliminary polymerization reaction can be performed in the vicinity of room temperature and within 3 hours. Productivity of the polymerizable composition for materials can be improved. [Selection figure] None |
