titleOfInvention Wall coating material using shells
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an environment-friendly wall coating material that can use as much shell as possible, and in particular, a wall coating material that can be used with only shells without plaster. The present invention is characterized in that a solidified material containing magnesium oxide as a main component is contained in a wall-coating base material containing shell powder as a main component. In the coating method, a wall coating base material is prepared by adding oyster shells classified by sieving in step 1 in a predetermined ratio, and a solidifying material is prepared in step 2 in step 2. Next, in step 3, both are put into a mixer and kneaded and leveled. In step 4, water is added and the above and water are kneaded to obtain a paste-like kneaded product. In step 5, the kneaded product is leveled to prepare a wall coating material, and in step 6, the wall coating material is applied to the base material of the construction surface by trowel coating by a plastering technique. Thereafter, as step 7, it is naturally dried to form a painted wall. [Selection] Figure 1
