abstract |
The present invention provides improved equivalent series resistance (ESR) stability by having mechanical integrity between a cathode conductive layer and a conductive adhesive layer, preferably between the cathode conductive layer and a sealing material. A solid electrolytic capacitor is provided. The capacitor includes an anode 11 and a dielectric 12 on the anode.
