abstract An object of the present invention is to support the creation of an efficient reply mail. When a mail processing unit obtains a reply mail creation instruction for a certain mail, the mail processing unit generates a screen containing a body (quoted text) of the mail (a reply mail creation screen and displays the reply mail creation screen as a client). When a part of the quote is selected on the displayed reply mail creation screen, a screen in which a response text area is added to the reply mail creation screen is generated and displayed on the client 20. The processing unit 40 generates a reply mail creation screen including a part of the selected quotation and the content input in the response sentence area, and causes the client 20 to display it.
