titleOfInvention Moisture-proof cosmetic sheet and method for producing moisture-proof cosmetic material
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof decorative sheet that hardly warps due to moisture or moisture when it is attached to a wooden base material, and a moisture-proof decorative material to which it is attached. SOLUTION: A moisture-proof decorative sheet 10 has at least a pattern layer 2 and a surface protective layer 3 made of a cured product of a curable resin in this order on the surface of a colored base sheet 1 made of a polyester resin containing a colorant. A moisture-proof coating layer 4 containing polyvinylidene chloride is formed on the back surface. When inorganic particles such as silica are included in the moisture-proof coating layer, the adhesion of the layer surface is improved. In this case, the moisture-proof coating layer may have at least a two-layer structure, and the outermost layer may include inorganic particles and the inner layer may include no inorganic particles. The curable resin for the surface protective layer is preferably an ionizing radiation curable resin. This moisture-proof decorative sheet is laminated on the back of the wood base material with an adhesive layer on the back surface to obtain a moisture-proof decorative material. [Selection] Figure 1
