abstract |
Embodiments provide a lamp unit capable of protecting a wire bonded to a light emitting element and reducing light loss. A first substrate; a second substrate disposed on the first substrate; a light emitting element disposed on the second substrate; a first disposed on the second substrate. A conductive layer and a second conductive layer; at least one wire electrically connecting at least one of the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer and the light emitting element; disposed on the light emitting element; A wavelength conversion layer for converting a wavelength of light emitted from the light emitting element; and a protective layer disposed on the first substrate and the second substrate so as to surround the light emitting element and the at least one wire. Each of the upper surface of the protective layer and the upper surface of the wavelength conversion layer constitutes a lamp unit positioned higher than the highest point of the at least one wire.
