abstract | The initial physical properties of an inner layer 6 and an outer layer 8 constituting a cylindrical roller body 3 are set to preset design values, and an intermediate layer 7 ensures that components move between the two layers. This prevents the physical properties of both layers from fluctuating from the beginning, and the components that have moved from the inner layer to the outer layer do not bleed or bloom on the outer peripheral surface of the outer layer.
