PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize both a state in which a wild-type WT1-specific peptide is presented on HLA-A * 24: 02 and a state in which a mutant WT1-specific peptide is presented on HLA-A * 24: 02 And a DNA encoding the T cell receptor. SOLUTION: A method for efficiently proliferating and culturing WT1 peptide-specific CTLs under limiting dilution conditions has been developed. By using this method, a wild-type WT1-specific peptide is HLA-A * 24: 02 And the mutant WT1-specific peptide succeeded in obtaining a CTL capable of recognizing both the state presented in HLA-A * 24: 02.
