titleOfInvention Friction material and manufacturing method thereof
abstract The heat resistance can be improved, and a high static friction coefficient μs and stable friction characteristics can be obtained. A friction modifier 3 and a heat conducting material 4 are mixed with a solvent 5 to produce a mixed solution 6. A fixing agent 7 such as a sulfuric acid band is added to the mixed solution 6 to heat the friction modifier 3 and the heat conducting material. The material 4 is fixed, and the solvent 5 of the mixed liquid 6 containing the fixed friction modifier 3 and the heat conductive material 4 is removed to obtain a powdery friction modifier 3 and a fixed material 8 of the heat conductive material 4. The powdered friction modifier 3 and the fixed material 8 of the heat conductive material 4 are mixed with the fiber component 2 to produce paper, thereby obtaining a papermaking body 10.
