titleOfInvention Photocatalyst thin film and photocatalyst solution
abstract According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a photocatalytic thin film and a photocatalytic coating that can suppress a decrease in photocatalytic action. A photocatalytic thin film according to the present invention is a photocatalytic thin film comprising a photocatalyst containing silicon fine particles having a photocatalytic action, wherein the photocatalyst is dispersed in the photocatalytic thin film. The particle diameter is in the range of 0.5 nm to 10 nm, and dangling bonds on the surface of the silicon fine particles are terminated. [Selection] Figure 2
