abstract | Disclosed is a detachment preventing stent that prevents detachment of a stent inserted into a lumen, a stent manufacturing apparatus, and a manufacturing method thereof. A hollow cylindrical body portion formed by tangling metal wires, a first locking portion projecting outside the body portion, and the body from the first locking portion. A second locking part that is separated in the longitudinal direction of the part, and the second locking part is symmetrical to the first locking part about a vertical plane with respect to the longitudinal direction of the body part. A stent for detachment prevention characterized in that it is formed into a stent. According to the present invention, the first locking portion and the second locking portion are formed symmetrically with each other on the outer side of the body portion of the stent, so that the stent is unidirectionally or otherwise inserted after being inserted into the lumen. There is an effect that the position of the stent can be maintained so as not to be detached in the direction. [Selection] Figure 5 |
