abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an electronic device, an endoscope device, a program, and an image processing method for accurately detecting an uneven portion of a subject based on known characteristic information and distance information about the subject. An image processing apparatus acquires an image acquisition unit 390 that acquires a captured image including an image of a subject by imaging of the imaging unit 200, and distance information based on a distance from the imaging unit 200 to the subject at the time of imaging. A distance information acquisition unit 340, a known characteristic information acquisition unit 350 that acquires known characteristic information that is information representing a known characteristic related to the structure of the subject, and the captured image based on the distance information and the known characteristic information. In addition, an unevenness specifying unit 310 that performs unevenness specifying processing for specifying the unevenness portion of the subject that matches the characteristics specified by the known characteristic information from the subject is included.
