abstract | The present invention provides a laminate in which a crosslinked cyclic olefin resin film containing a crosslinked cyclic olefin resin and excellent in adhesion to a metal material is bonded to a metal foil. SOLUTION: The laminate contains (a) 100 parts by mass of a cyclic olefin monomer, (b) 0.3 to 20 parts by mass of a (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer, and (c) a polymerizability containing a ring-opening metathesis polymerization catalyst. After the composition is applied on a substrate, it is subjected to metathesis polymerization and then obtained by laminating a crosslinked cyclic olefin resin film obtained by peeling the obtained film polymer from the substrate and a metal foil.
