titleOfInvention | Method for producing flexible polyurethane foam |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a polyurethane foam having improved foam hardness and good strain characteristics and durability characteristics. A polyol component (A) and an organic polyisocyanate component (B) are reacted in the presence of a foam stabilizer (C), a catalyst (D) and a foaming agent (E) to produce a flexible polyurethane foam. A method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam, wherein (A) contains the following polyol (a1) and the following surface tensions γps and γws satisfy the relationship of the following formula (1). Polyol (a1): A polyoxypropylene adduct of the active hydrogen-containing compound (H) having a primary hydroxyl group ratio of 40% or more at the terminal hydroxyl group. Surface tension γps: Surface tension of a specific amount of a mixture of (a1) and (C) at 25 ° C. using a Wilhelmy surface tension meter. Surface tension γws: Surface tension of a mixture of a specific amount of (C) and (E) at 25 ° C. using a Wilhelmy surface tension meter. 0 <[γps−γws] <10 (1) [Selection figure] None |
