abstract To provide a cosmetic applicator capable of enhancing the reproducibility of a position to apply a highlight. A cosmetic applicator 10 includes a case main body 11 including a decorative dish 14 in which a solid powder cosmetic 15 is accommodated, a lid 12, and a puff 16. The solid powder cosmetic 15 has a plurality of regions made of powders having different lightness, and one of the regions is a highlight region 15e where a powder having the highest lightness is arranged. The cosmetic applicator 10 is provided with a display unit 13 indicating the position of the highlight area 15e.
