abstract | The present invention provides a reflective material and a light-emitting device that have high reflectivity, can suppress deterioration due to heat, and can efficiently extract light over a long period of time. A reflective material constituting a reflective layer has a function of reflecting light emitted from a light emitting element toward a light extraction surface of the light emitting device. The reflective material has a polysiloxane compound and a light diffusing agent. The light diffusing agent has first light diffusing particles having an average particle diameter of 10 nm or more and less than 400 nm, and second light diffusing particles having an average particle diameter of 400 nm or more and 5.0 μm or less.
