abstract |
To provide a photosensitive composition having high sensitivity and solubility in a developer even when containing a dispersoid and having excellent photolithography performance, and a cured product obtained by curing the photosensitive composition. A photosensitive composition comprising a photopolymerization initiator (A), a polymerizable compound (B) having an olefin bond, and a dispersoid (C) dispersed with an average particle diameter of 1 to 1000 nm. The component A is a photopolymerization initiator in which a group having an oxime ester bond is bonded to an indole skeleton which may have a substituent, and the indole skeleton is substituted with at least one nitro group.
