titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for visualizing radiation absorbed dose using bead type fluorescent glass dosimeter element, manufacturing method and apparatus for bead type fluorescent glass dosimeter element, bead type fluorescent glass dosimeter element, and sheet for visualizing radiation absorbed dose
abstract An object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily detect a radiation absorbed dose accumulated by a radioactive substance diffused widely in the environment. A large number of bead-type fluorescent glass dosimeter elements (glass beads) 10 are scattered on a surface to be inspected (wall 4, paved road 6, water channel 8), projected with ultraviolet light, and the bead-type fluorescence. Fluorescence corresponding to the radiation absorbed dose accumulated in the glass dosimeter element 10 is generated. The bead type fluorescent glass dosimeter element 10 can be manufactured by crushing a rod-shaped fluorescent glass dosimeter material and then heating and molding the material. [Selection] Figure 1
