abstract |
An object of the present invention is to vividly color a cloth-like fiber product using a pigment ink, preventing clogging of a nozzle of an ink jet printing machine, and improving the texture and fastness of the colored cloth-like fiber product. An ink-jet printing method having good quality and a cloth-like fiber product printed by the method are provided. After applying pretreatment by applying (A) a specific quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant and (B) a blocked isocyanate compound to a required part of a cloth-like fiber product, C) An ink-jet printing method for ink-jet printing an aqueous pigment ink comprising a water-soluble dispersant having crosslinking reactivity, (D) a self-emulsifying urethane resin, and (E) a blocked isocyanate compound. By passing a specific cationic surfactant in the cloth-like fiber product, an ion complex is formed with the aqueous pigment ink to prevent bleeding and penetration as much as possible.
