titleOfInvention | Decorative molded product manufacturing method and decorative molded product manufactured using the same |
abstract | Provided is a method for producing a decorative molded product, which can easily produce a decorative molded product having a complicated surface shape and a surface excellent in scratch resistance. SOLUTION: An injection molding process in which a raw material resin is injected into a mold in a state in which a highly durable functional molding sheet is placed in an injection mold, and a cured layer by irradiating ultraviolet rays to cure the skin layer. It is a manufacturing method of the decorative molded product which uses the thing satisfying the following conditions (1)-(3) as a highly durable functional molding sheet. (1) The skin layer is made of a reaction cured product of a resin composition containing a polycarbonate-based polyurethane (A) containing a (meth) acryloyloxy group and a non-yellowing polyisocyanate (B). (2) The 80 ° C. breaking elongation of the skin layer is 250% or more. (3) The pencil hardness of the hardened layer is 3B or more. [Selection figure] None |
