abstract |
A solid-state imaging device capable of suppressing deterioration in image quality due to leakage current to a photoelectric conversion unit is provided. A substrate, a p-type photoelectric conversion unit that is formed on the light incident side of the substrate and generates a signal charge corresponding to the amount of light, and a p-type photoelectric conversion unit provided on the light incident surface side of the photoelectric conversion unit. A solid-state imaging device including a transparent electrode and an electron barrier layer formed between the photoelectric conversion unit and the transparent electrode is configured.
