abstract In a manufacturing method of a polarizing plate having a bonding step of bonding a plurality of films with a pair of bonding rolls, even when the adhesive coating thickness is thin, the entrapment of bubbles is suppressed. A method for producing a polarizing plate is provided. SOLUTION: A first film 1 and a second film 2 are bonded to a sandwiching portion between a first bonding roll 11 and a second bonding roll 12 rotating in a conveying direction via an adhesive. The first and second films are pressed by pressing at least one bonding roll in the direction of the other bonding roll among the first and second bonding rolls in a state of sandwiching the laminate including the first and second films. When it has the bonding process to bond and makes a perpendicular | vertical direction with respect to the straight line which connects the center of the 1st and 2nd bonding roll as a reference direction, in a bonding process, a 1st film is 1st. It is conveyed to the clamping part so as to form the first angle θ1 with the reference direction from the bonding roll 11 side, the first bonding roll 11 is made of rubber, and the angle θ1 is 40 ° or more.
