A cylindrical body having a cylindrical through hole, an annular inward flange projecting radially inward from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body at one end of the through hole, and an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body A cylindrical body having a thickness in the radial direction of 5 to 20 mm, an axial thickness of the inward flange portion of 5 to 20 mm, and a diameter of the through hole formed by the inward flange portion of 40 mm. It consists of a fluoropolymer having a polymer unit based on tetrafluoroethylene and a polymer unit based on one or more types of perfluoro (alkyl vinyl ether). The fluoropolymer is a perfluoro (alkyl vinyl ether). A female member for joints containing 3.0 to 7.0% by mass of polymer units based on the total polymer units and having a melt flow rate of 4.5 to 15.0 g / 10 min. [Selection] Figure 1
