abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition having excellent flame retardancy, fluidity and mechanical properties (for example, low temperature impact resistance). A polycarbonate resin composition comprising a polycarbonate resin, a first phosphoric acid compound, a second phosphoric acid compound, a fluoropolymer resin, and a core-shell polymer having an average particle size of less than 0.2 μm, The total amount of the first phosphate compound and the second phosphate compound is more than 8 parts by weight and less than 15 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polycarbonate resin. A polycarbonate in which the weight ratio of one phosphoric acid compound is greater than 0.4 and less than 1, and the amount of the core-shell polymer is more than 4 parts by weight and less than 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polycarbonate resin.
