titleOfInvention | Blood barrier laminate fabric with excellent washing durability |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood barrier laminated fabric excellent in durability for washing and sterilization treatment. The blood barrier laminated fabric is formed by laminating and integrating a surface material 4, a first adhesive layer 1, a microporous polytetrafluoroethylene film 3, a second adhesive layer 2 and a backing 5 in this order. The outer material 4 and the lining 5 are mainly composed of polyester fiber. Each of the first and second adhesive layers 1 and 2 is mainly composed of a polycarbonate-based polyurethane resin. Each of the adhesive layers 1 and 2 has a first adhesive presence area 1a, a first adhesive absence area 1b, a second adhesive presence area 2a, and a second adhesive absence area 2b. A second adhesive present area 2a exists corresponding to the first adhesive absent area 1b, and a second adhesive absent area 2b exists corresponding to the first adhesive present area 1a. The occupied area of each adhesive presence area 1a and 2a in each adhesive layer 1 and 2 is 40 to 90%, respectively. [Selection] Figure 1 |
