abstract | The present invention provides a method for accurately measuring cytochrome P450 concentration in a sample by a simple operation even when the amount of the sample is small. (A) adding a transition metal carbonyl complex to a specimen; (B) irradiating the obtained specimen with light to generate carbon monoxide from the transition metal carbonyl complex, and reacting cytochrome P450 that may be contained in the specimen with carbon monoxide; and (c) light irradiation. A method for measuring the concentration of cytochrome P450 in a specimen, comprising the step of measuring the absorbance of light having a wavelength including 450 nm later. |
