titleOfInvention | Method for producing carbon fiber composite material |
abstract | Disclosed is a method for producing a carbon fiber composite material having excellent physical properties in spite of pressure press molding at a high temperature. A method for producing a carbon fiber composite material, wherein a random mat composed of carbon fiber, a thermoplastic resin, and a copper compound is press-molded. Furthermore, it is preferable to preheat to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin in advance before pressure press molding, or a cold press in which the mold temperature in pressure press molding is equal to or lower than the preheating temperature. The carbon fibers constituting the random mat are preferably discontinuous fibers having a length of 2 to 100 mm, the carbon fiber content is in the range of 20 to 80% by volume, and the carbon fibers are preferably PAN-based. The copper compound content is 20 ppm or more as the copper concentration with respect to the weight of the thermoplastic resin, the thermoplastic resin is a polyamide-based resin, the thermoplastic resin is a product obtained by freezing and pulverizing resin pellets, and the resin It is preferable that the pellet contains a copper compound.
