abstract 【Task】 Waste such as rubble generated in the event of a tsunami-related disaster or river inundation contains a large amount of sediment with a high moisture content, so the waste is transported directly from the disaster area to the treatment plant. It is difficult to do so, especially when the scale of the disaster is large, such as the Great East Japan Earthquake, the amount of waste is large, and there is a need for more efficient treatment. [Solution] By adding and mixing an ionic polymer composition having a specific cation equivalent value and anion equivalent value to waste water containing muddy water and foreign matter, chemicals between charged particles and polymers in the muddy water are mixed. By forming a floc by bonding, it is easy to separate particles and foreign matters, and by sieving, foreign matters can be efficiently separated from the waste. [Selection figure] None
