An object of the present invention is to provide a biomolecule measuring apparatus capable of reducing offset drift of an ISFET (Ion Sensitive Field Effect Transistor) and threshold variation among a plurality of ISFETs in a device manner before data processing. A biological signal measuring device includes a plurality of word lines WL, a plurality of data lines extending in a direction intersecting the plurality of word lines WL, and a plurality of intersections of the plurality of word lines WL and the plurality of data lines. A plurality of ion-sensitive transistors 700 provided on a substrate, each having an ion-sensitive film and a gate oxide film, for measuring the ion concentration of the sample, and each of the gate oxide films via the substrate are ion-sensitive transistors 700. And a first driver 1100 that applies a substrate voltage VBBI, which is a voltage for moving the carriers accumulated therein from the ion-sensitive transistor 700 to the substrate.
