abstract A urethane (meth) acrylate compound which has a self-repairing property, exhibits excellent scratch resistance, and can form a cured film having low curing shrinkage, bending resistance, and blocking resistance. And a composition thereof. A polymerizable polyoxyethylene derivative mixture comprising 85 to 95% by mass of a polymerizable polyoxyethylene derivative (A1) represented by the formula (1) and 5 to 15% by mass (A2) of hydroxyethyl (meth) acrylate. A urethane (meth) acrylate mixture (C) obtained by reacting (A) with a cyclic trimer (B) of hexamethylene diisocyanate as a polyisocyanate compound. (In the formula, R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and n is an average added mole number, and n = 3 to 9.) 0.01 to 5 relative to the urethane (meth) acrylate mixture (C) A polydimethylsiloxane compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group in the molecule of 0.0% by mass is blended.
