titleOfInvention | Core-shell particle, method for producing core-shell particle, conductive particle, conductive material, and connection structure |
abstract | The present invention provides a core-shell particle having a relatively high compression modulus when compressed by 10% and a relatively low compression modulus when compressed by 30%, and conductive particles using the core-shell particle. A core shell particle according to the present invention includes a core and an inorganic shell arranged on the surface of the core. The inorganic shell 13 is formed on the surface of the core 12 by forming a metal alkoxide into a shell-like material by a sol-gel method and then firing the shell-like material. The conductive particle 1 of the present invention includes a core-shell particle 11 and a conductive layer 2 disposed on the surface of the core-shell particle 11. [Selection] Figure 1 |
