titleOfInvention | Novel epoxy group-containing siloxane compounds |
abstract | When manufacturing a light-emitting device by flip-chip mounting a light-emitting element such as a light-emitting diode (LED) element on a wiring board using an anisotropic conductive adhesive, it is practically not discolored by heat or light. A novel siloxane compound useful as a curable compound constituting an insulating resin component of an anisotropic conductive adhesive exhibiting sufficient die shear strength is provided. In the novel epoxy group-containing siloxane, four silyleneoxy groups are bonded to the central silicon atom, and the end of each silyleneoxy group is substituted with an epoxy group-containing organic group. It has a structure in which a nurylalkyl group is bonded. More specifically, tetrakis (diglycidyl isocyanuryl modified siloxy) silane. [Selection] Figure 1 |
