Kind Code: A1 An ink media set capable of effectively reducing the occurrence of aggregation unevenness (beading) and bleeding (bleeding) when an image is recorded on a translucent medium having an ink receiving layer, and the ink media set are used. An ink media set includes an alkylene glycol alkyl ether (A) having an alkyl group having 6 to 8 carbon atoms and an alkanediol (B) having an alkyl group having 4 to 6 carbon atoms.
